Effective training and professional supervision are key to reaching your goals faster, no matter whether you are looking to improve endurance, build muscle mass or shed those difficult extra pounds.


I bring you personal training to suit the individual and you benefit from my professional background in physiotherapy and training theory.

During our first talk together we begin to put together a personal training plan based on a physiotherapy body check but designed to suit your aims, performance and stress levels.

Example of a training unit:

1. Physiotherapy (manual therapy, joint mobilization techniques)
2. Weight training/ cardio training / coordination training
3. Regeneration through massage / manual lymph drainage

Good regeneration is half of good training!
